Hosting terms

Clients must comply with the HostGator terms of service.

Any websites found to contain pornography, illegal material or promoting illegal activities will be suspended.

Emails sent from websites must comply with the HostGator mail policy:

• maximum of 500 emails per hour

• mailing lists over 900 emails must be sent during off peak hours. Off peak hours are all day Saturday and Sunday, and 1am - 8am Monday to Friday, Eastern Time.

• mailing lists over 5000 emails are forbidden

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to remove material which we deem to be obscene or threatening.
