When you go to a web page, the browser stores a copy of the page to speed up page loading in future.

Most files and images are loaded from this 'cache' when you go back to a website you have visited previously.

However, this means that sometimes when a page changes, you won't see the most up-to-date version unless you clear your cache.

Find your browser on this page to learn how to clear the cache.

If you don't know which browser you are using, go to the Help menu - the last menu item will usually give you information about your browser.
